- Orders for products can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You may request a return as per our return terms.
- For eligible cancellations before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- For damaged, defective or wrong products received, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video as proof.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and invoice to qualify for return.
- After inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. Actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider timelines.
- Shipping charges, installation charges and service charges are non‑refundable, unless the error is from our side.
- Certain items such as customized products, used items or items without original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
